Positive: Quarto bastante espaçoso, miminhos a chegada no quarto, Negative: Demora na entrega dos códigos dos quartos

Disappointed Negative: Disappointed ! Disgusting ( picture attached ) Noises all night No room service ( I mean cleaning and changing clothes etc. )

It was incredible over all. I was surprised with the conditions, and I loved that the room I got was the one I wished fo Positive: I enjoyed the fact that the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was perfect in terms of being clean and also very cozy and suitable for couples. The mirror in the bathroom was incredible! Negative: I wasn’t fond of the fact that there was a little basket with some food and water in the room but it wasn’t stated anywhere (not in booking nor in the room) whether those were freebies or if I had to pay any extra fee to consume them. That resulted in me not having those items because of the uncertainty about the conditions in which I could consume them. I think that making it explicit whether it is included in the price of the booking or not would be really helpful for customers.
