Falta de empatia Positive: Localização Negative: Houve uma situação de inundação, caía água pelas lâmpadas do teto ao qual foi reportada e não foi de tudo resolvida justamente. E teve que ser o cliente a procurar essa resposta não houve qualquer atitude correta da parte do alojamento. Sem gentileza na resolução para minimizar o incómodo

Meget god beliggenhet i Matosinhos Positive: Enkel inn-/utsjekk, slik man håper det blir i fremtiden. Meget god beliggenhet. Kjøkken med alt man har behov for på ferie. Noen få skritt fra metroen, hvor man enkelt kan kjøpe billett fra automat. Lidl rett i nærheten. Mange gode spisesteder i området, noen med særdeles god sjømat.
